PURCHASE POLICY

General terms

The ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop serves customers Worldwide.

At the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop, the products available for on-line purchases are only those bearing the specific indication. The products sold are not necessarily available in the Company’s warehouse and that’s why they are on a “made to order” availability. This means that they are made following each order. The required production time is indicated for each product separately in the product webpage. The rest of the products are provided by the Company only for your information and may be ordered only upon special consultation, if they are available or can be produced.
Orders placed with the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop are subject to the Company’s approval. The acceptance of the order by the Company is given by sending a relevant email. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of unavailability or removal of the products.

The information contained in this website and these Terms of Use is not a sales proposal but a call for information. No contract will be deemed to have been concluded regarding any of the products unless your order has expressly been accepted by the Company.

The price of each product is the one referred to on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). The Company reserves the right to change, without notice, the items listed, their prices, the shipping charges as well as the mode of operation of the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop. For this reason, it is recommended that you are informed of the terms of use thereof each time you use this website.

Placing/Cancellation of an order

Placing a Product order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price shown at the time of placing the order; the total price includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer. Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop immediately at orders@anastasiakessaris.com to request your order to be successfully completed.

An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered may be cancelled (in whole or in part), within the time period between its submission and the notice of confirmation of its shipment. After this moment, it is not possible to cancel it. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you should send an e-mail to orders@anastasiakessaris.com or call us at (+30) 2103641381.

Payment

The available payment methods follow:

A. By Bank Transfer

> Available for orders of all amounts.
You can transfer the amount required for your order in the following bank account of the company “ANASTASIA KESSARIS” within a period of five (5) business days from the date of placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be deemed as cancelled.
The bank deposit slip must include as justification:
1. Your full name
2. Your order number, which will be sent to you by email upon the completion of the ordering procedure.

B. By PayPal

> Available for orders up to 10.000€
By selecting the PayPal payment you will be transferred to the PayPal website (online secure trading system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or via your PayPal account. The PayPal payment procedure is fully automated. During this process, no personal information (including the credit card number) is stored in the Company’s electronic system. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

C. By Credit Card (Stripe)

The payment of your order can be safely carried out by credit, debit or prepaid VISA, MASTERCARD MAESTRO, CHINA UNIONPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER & DINERS card of any bank.
Your online credit card transactions are carried out via Stripe’s payment system. Stripe applies state-of-the-art countermeasures in order to keep your transactions intact, protect your data and safeguard access of any third parties. Thus, the transactions you make with the company “ANASTASIA KESSARIS” through credit cards are absolutely safe. We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way whatsoever, so you need to re-register it each time you use your credit card for transactions. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

SHIPMENT

ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop offers products for online purchase to customers Worldwide*. Special shipments outside Europe can be potentially executed provided that the customer consents to the coverage of the customs charges of his/her country.

Orders are shipped through collaborating courier companies following confirmation of payment.

All products shipped are covered by insurance paid by the Company.

Handling, dispatch and delivery of orders are carried out on a daily basis from 10.00-18.00, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail.

All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate fiscal documentation. If a shipment is intended as a gift, please give us notice during the ordering procedure as to ship the order with a simple shipping document.

Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

TAXES & DUTIES

Within EU

All orders shipped within the European Union include the VAT and are not subject to other charges.

Outside EU

All orders shipped outside the European Union are exempt from the VAT and is not included in the final amount paid at the checkout.
Shipping to countries outside Europe are subject to import customs duties & taxes when the order arrives at the destination country. These charges are extra, differ from country to country, are covered by the customer and cannot be determined beforehand. For further information please contact us at info@anastasiakessaris.com or your local customs office. It is crucial to take into consideration the extra cost so as not to be surprised by charges you are not prepared for.

DELIVERY TIME

Products are delivered by ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop to the courier company within 1 to 4 workdays from the date your product is produced and ready to be dispatched.
From the moment of delivery to the courier company, it is estimated that the shipment to the address indicated will be concluded within 1 to 4 workdays for the majority of European countries. Slight deviations may exist for specific destinations considered as “hard to reach by the courier company and for destinations Outside Europe. In that case, you will be informed for the estimated delivery time.

The aforementioned time estimations may differ in cases of force majeure.

RETURN POLICY

General terms

You may return products you purchased and request either their change with another product or products or a refund within a maximum time period of fourteen (14) workdays from the day following their receipt of the products. No right for a refund or change exists once the above-mentioned period has expired.

The return of the products is carried out at your own risk, using one of the courier services that our Company cooperates with. The cost of transport and insurance for the 1st return is free of charge.

Acceptable Returns

To qualify for the return or replacement of a product, the following conditions must cumulatively be met:

1. The product to be in its original condition, undamaged and unused within its packaging (the one used for the delivery by the Company).
2. To have been received, checked and approved by the Company.
3. To be necessarily accompanied by all documents of shipment (Document of Transport, Original receipt and/or Gift receipt showing the code of the item and the date of purchase).
4. To be returned within a maximum time period of fourteen (14) workdays from the day following their receipt of the products.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

• Returns of products on offer, seasonal items (Charms, Easter items, etc.), customized products and products which physically show signs of use will not be accepted.
• Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded in cash.
• If there is a request to change your product, the new product will be sent to you. Changing products you have already changed is not allowed.
• In case of receipt of defective product, you need to inform the Company within 48 hours from the receipt of your order by email at info@anastasiakessaris.com. You need to describe the defect and accompany the email with relative picture or video.

Shipment of Returns

The first return and replacement of products within Greece is FREE of charge provided it meets the “acceptable returns” criteria and the return takes place through the use of the collaborating courier service of the Company.

The first return and replacement of products within Europe & Outside Europe is FREE of charge provided it meets the “acceptable returns” criteria and the return takes place through the use of the collaborating courier service of the Company.

In all other cases, the return costs (shipping & insurance) are covered by the customer.

Return Procedure

The product return procedure is simple and is carried out as follows:

• Within the above-mentioned time period, you should inform the Company by email at orders@anastasiakessaris.com, including your full name and your order number, of the reasons for which you wish to return the product as well as whether you wish to receive a replacement or a refund.
• Within the next two (2) working days you will receive our reply email with instructions for the return through our collaborating courier company. Subsequently, and after consultation with you, the Company will send the courier company cooperating therewith in order to receive the product or products to be returned.
• Upon receipt of the product from the Company, a detailed inspection will be carried out and, if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging or documents, an email will be sent regarding the acceptance of your request.
• In case the above conditions are met and there is a request for a “Return of Funds”, you will be refunded the price you have paid.

Return of Funds

In case you do not wish a replacement for your order with an alternative or new product, the return of funds will be executed within 14 workdays from the receipt of the returned products by the Company and the return request approval.

The return of funds will be executed through the same method chosen with the initial payment of the purchase.

If the payment is made through Stripe or PayPal, the money will be refunded with cancellation of the relevant charge. If the payment has been made to a Company’s bank account, the money will be returned by depositing the same amount to your personal bank account, whose details (Bank name, IBAN, Account holder etc.) will be forwarded to us by email at orders@anastasiakessaris.com. For reasons of security, the beneficiary or the co-beneficiary of the account must be the same person as the one appearing on the purchase receipt.

In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not be refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADE MARKS

All names, images and trademarks used by the Company are protected or used upon permission of the owner.
Intellectual property is obtained without any wording and without the need for a clause prohibiting any infringements thereof. The ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop and its contents (including all trademarks, distinctive features, patents, brand names, texts, images, graphics, drawings, photographs, programs, informative material of any kind, data, and software) constitute intellectual and industrial property of the Company and are subject to protection by the relevant provisions of the Greek, Community and international law. Third parties are not permitted to use: the names of the models, collections, products, services, the company name and all emblems belonging to the Company.
The contents of the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop are not and should in no way be construed as granting an express or tacit permit/license or right to use any Trademark appearing on it without the written permission of the Company or of third parties which may own the Trademarks appearing on it. Any trademarks, logos, distinctive features appearing on the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop and depictions of persons or sites or things that form part of its contents are owned by the Company or third parties. Their use is strictly prohibited without the prior written approval of the Company unless otherwise provided in the applicable terms of use.
Any third party’s products, services, brand names, trademarks or distinctive features appearing on the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop are the intellectual and industrial property of third parties, which are responsible for them.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company makes any effort to ensure that the information appearing on the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop is accurate, complete and updated on a regular basis. By using this website, the visitor and/or the customer accepts and is bound by the terms and conditions applicable on the date of its use.

The Company is not responsible for any small deviations that may occur in the final product delivered in relation to the listed one in terms of color, weight or dimensions as the jewelry produced is handmade.
The Company cannot guarantee the availability of the products, but it can guarantee that it will make any effort possible to inform consumers timely of the non-availability or of any delays in the delivery of the products ordered. The company is exclusively liable for any malice and gross negligence in the event of delay as regards the delivery of the products ordered and for any information or services that the company itself provides via its website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

These terms and conditions, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed and construed in accordance with the Greek law.
If any provision is declared to be null or void, it shall automatically cease to be in force, without the validity of the remaining terms being in any way affected.
For any dispute arising out of the use of the ANASTASIA KESSARIS e-Shop, there shall have jurisdiction ratione materiae the competent courts of Athens.
